Our dedicated team are here to treat those minor ailments that occur as well as providing specialist management of long-term conditions and clinics covering a wide range of healthcare issues. Our website also means you can now do a lot of things from the comfort of your home such as order a repeat prescription or cancel an appointment.
Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided. This partnership philosophy extends even further and our active patient group exists to make sure that patient needs and the practice offering are always heading in the same direction.
The practice is proud to be a certified training practice. We are involved in the training of new GP's. A GP registrar is a fully qualified doctor who will be specialising in General Practice and is supervised and supported by other members of our clinical team.
The Health Centre is fully accessible for patients with disabilities. There is a ramp access to the main door and a lift to the first floor.
University parking regulations apply across the entire campus from 09:15 to 16:00 Monday to Friday.
Patient parking is available for free outside the health centre for up to one hour between 09:15 – 16:30 Monday to Friday with a ticket. Tickets are available from the machine in the car park. Additional pay and display parking is available in the main visitors car park which is a very short walk to the health centre.
The car park is regularly patrolled by University security staff and offending vehicles fined. Any concerns or comments should be addressed to the university security office in the Hallward Library.
There are slots available for disabled patients.
